Helping people grow through meaningful, engaging learning moments is what drives me — whether I’m designing a course, leading a session, or building a program from the ground up.

I started out teaching English and literature at a community college in North Carolina, then moved into corporate instructional design. At a Fortune 500 company, I managed a $2 million training program and created learning for over 165,000 frontline associates each month — while also facilitating sessions for new managers and regional execs.

Later, at a Fortune 100 company, I launched their diversity training program — a passion project — and became the go-to technical producer for executive learning. I helped redesign their learning platform into on-demand modules that transformed how people learned across the organization.

Hi, I’m Seth Mitchell.
I design and build tools that help people learn, lead, and grow. My path started in graphic design, where I created engaging content for internal development programs at Compass Group. Along the way, I got curious about how systems work — and how to make them work better for people.

That curiosity led me to software development, where I now focus on crafting digital tools that turn complex processes into clear, useful experiences. From forecasting dashboards to planning tools, I believe good design and smart strategy go hand-in-hand.

These days, I work at the intersection of product, user experience, and tech — always aiming to make things simpler, smarter, and more human.
